Terms & Conditions

  1. Shipping charges are based at 10% of the cost. This covers shipping by ordinarly mail.
  2. Special shipping arranges can be made for insurance and courier service if required. Please contact us by email or contact form.
    NB All prices quoted are net of VAT.
  3. Orders to Britian or Islands may carry an additional charge.
  4. Export orders - we ship worldwide! - please contact us for details. info@andreaharte.com
  5. Payment: Paypal account, cheque with order and proforma Invoice.
  6. Credit (against next order) rather than replacement is given for all breakages, returns or damages.
    Please be aware that we do not as a rule post credit notes out.
    A note is made against your record and this will be applied against the next order.
  7. Breakages, shortages or damages must be reported to us withing 3 working days of delivery
  8. Prices on the web site supersede all others and are subject to change without notice.
  9. Ownership to goods does not transfer until payment is received in full.
  10. Orders cancelled after despatch will be subject to any charges incurred.
  11. Follow on orders. When items are temporarily out of stock we are happy to apply follow on orders free of carriage charges (Ireland only) where the value of the follow on order is in excess of €50+ vat.
